It could be a problem with the synchronizers in your gearbox.
These are responsible for matching the speeds of the gears as they mesh.
When these fail, the gears grind and shift with difficulty.

What Guillermo says but all the synchronisators together do not fail, telling you in which it costs you, it could only be a piola regulation and nothing else.
