My car does not heat the cabin, it is an Accent year 98

I have an Accent 98 auto which does not heat the cabin, the radiator was changed because it lost water and the Tª sensor since in the clock it was not marking the temperature increase when the car worked, but what was not possible to solve is that the car cabin of the car was hot this remained 1 month or so.

It may be that the set of piolas that go from control to heating are not working, therefore the Aguan will not pass the engine to the heating radiator, therefore it will throw you cold air, the worst thing that can happen is that the heating radiator is obstructed, in case of corrosion, so the hot water does not circulate.

If it were with A/C (air conditioning it may be that it is an electrical problem)
