Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Failure with fuel system in Voyager 95
The fuel pressure discharge may be due to two important problems:
1- The fuel pump
2- The pressure regulator

when the pump fails generally fails the antirectorial valve it has. This is in charge of making the fuel pass in a single direction and is not returned. Thus keeps the pressure on the circuit.
When this fails the pressure in the circuit falls.
What you can do is give you contact and then take it about 3 times and then start.

When the regularor fails the pump generates the necessary pressure for the circuit, but the regulator lets fuel to the return of the pond.

Good luck with your problem ... greetings

Greetings.
1.-Coince with Eddy, replaces the gas filter.
2.-Revise or check the pressure, delivery and retention in the injector rail, this is done with a pressure gauge, the pressure must be around 40Psi, the delivery must be of a minimum of a liter in thirty second, and must retain the pressure when the vehicle turns off, a fall of maximum 10 psi after an hour and a half can be considered normal.
3.- Check and/or replace the filter-lazy that is at the pump entrance.
If all this is well the probability that your problem is due to gas delivery is minimal or nil.
I hope this information is useful to you.

What Guillermo Felipe says is the right thing.
1.- Install pressure meter and fuel flow in the feeding line towards the injectors.
That will give you a better idea what is really happening in the system.
Suggestion, after the tests you will perform you must clean the tank inside and almost certainly I will end up changing fuel pump, pump prefilter and external fuel filter. There is also no other to change the hoses that work together inside the tank with the pump. Luck.
