VW Jetta 2.0 TFSI Sport L 1147 Published by Manual-Mecanica
We are going to you. If you can give us advice on a vehicle:
VW Jetta 2.0 TFSI Sport L 1147 Year 2,007
TyPE 1K22V2
Eng. Code BWA JLW
The same entered our workshop with a series of DTC (error codes), which have been solved.
It turns out that now the vehicle starts and accelerates the engine perfectly; When leaving with it to try it under load, start pulling and failing (granting certain explosions if accelerated) and gave us the following error codes:
stored in the central motor unit:
P0300 recognized combustion failure. Maximum value exceeded
P0301 Cylinder failure 1. Maximum value exceeded
P0302 cylinder failure 2. Maximum value exceeded
P0303
Cylinder failure 3. Maximum value exceeded
P0304
failure
4. Maximum value overflow
P1364 CONTROL Lighting Cylinder 4 Interruption
stored in the central electronic system:
04EB Relay Electric fuel pump Interruption/mass contact.
When the exhaust pipe gives off after the catalyst and the exhaust resonance box (bone without the two rear silencers) and go out again with the vehicle, it remains the same with the proviso that only the error codes are present: P1355, P1358, P1361, P1364 and 04EB respectively.
If they could
- guide how to solve the problem and/or that can be the causes of said failures (P1355, P1358, P1361, P1364)
- If feasible the shipment of the schemes of the electrical circuits of the motor control units and the central electronic system
from VW branches from VW branches informed us that they are very problematic vehicles and that on the Internet there are published a series of common failures that this vehicle presents, we We could not locate these publications. They also informed us that they have changed the numbers of the fuel filters because having the built -in pressure regulator have varied. (We are waiting to receive the fuel filter No. 1K0 201 051 E, because previously they came with the final letter C and K the pressures of these varied between 6 and 6.6 bars)
waiting for a prompt response, we greet you cordially.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: VW Jetta 2.0 TFSI Sport L 1147
We scan it with the Bosch KTS 570 version 01/2.011, I don't know what the vagcom is.

In addition
1) it turns out that the vehicle when he enters the workshop was in a calamitous state.

The admission multiple with the main butterfly body was semi-out and with their respective stolen threads and what they call chapaletas (the 4 secondary butterflies) worked with abundant thick and hard black coal; He also lacked a baffle of the admission mouth in the cylinder cover. The injectors, the admission ducts and the valves of the valves also full of coal completely black, as well as the 4Bujías that together with the 4 ignition coils they have just changed them in the concessionaire and are original VW.

The oil filter just like the fuel were the originals with which the factory car came out. The low pressure fuel pressure did not reach the 3 bars and the high one did not exceed 5 bars; I also had almost all error codes.

2) We had to replace high and low pressure pumps, such as the pressure regulator of the rail and high pressure sensors with the fuel filter. With the latter we are in the dilemma because they informed us that it has undergone 3 changes of No. with different pressure regulator pressures ranging from 6.0, 6.6 and 6.3 bar with the No. 1ko 201 051 c / k and and respectively, as in Mza they do not get a bosch we place a Bosch that for us does not work correctly since it is marked as 6.4 bar and when trying it in our bank and in the vehicle Relief opens to 5.8 bar and closes completely to the 5 bars, anyway I do not think so much, for us it should maintain a constant pressure between 6.4 +- 0.2 bar which would give a range between 6.2 and 6.6 bar, but not fall into the 5 bar, but it is what is available

. That was missing and we made metal inserts to the multiple plastic admission, cleaning of injectors with rings substitutions, or ring and joints of the multiple and butterfly body, we also rectify the respective bases for being crooked and also replacement of oil rod tubes and oil pipes. We proceeded to adjust the butterflies with the KTS 570 of Bosch and we performed the sensor and actuators where the PPAL is visually and auditory. and the secondary. It was not clear to me if I also adjust the 4 butterflies in relation to the PPAL.

When leaving the vehicle and returning the spark plugs were totally black (the light of 0.8 mm), the piston that goes against the high pressure pump cam was not available therefore we do not know if it has wear.

It has 95,000 km

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: VW Jetta 2.0 TFSI Sport L 1147
P/D: The strange thing that the engine being the vehicle stopped perfectly accelerates more than 6,0000 rpm without any problem and regulates correctly without vibrating, the problem occurs when when leaving at 1st speed and wanting to accelerate the explosions begin and it has no strength or accelerates the engine.
To be feasible, and if they have it, we would need the scheme and the dissosition of the fuses and the relays of the motor compartment and the internal compartment.
Without another particular, already waiting for a response, we greet you cordially.

They checked the tuning and the tightening of the Damper, the captor is behind the wheel or to the Damper, something similar happened to me with a fiat, injector failure a lot of black smoke and the scanner recognized failure in the cylinder number two and others
