I think the only way is with the scanner corresponding to your vehicle, it does not turn it off not because it is another oil if not because you have to warn the ECU that has already been done.

Turn the key up to (ON) with the engine off. Press the thorough accelerator and release slowly. Remember that you must take your time. That is the right way to do it. B)
