My question is very simple how the front position lamp that is introduced in the focus on a Nissan First Luxury 2.0 of the year 99 should be extracted? I have already tried, gently not to break it, tighten and throw but it does not come out.

Thank you for answering but my problem is: What movement do I have to do to get the lamp so as not to load the mechanism. Do I have to turn right? or towards the left? Or do I have to tighten something and throw?

You must press it and turn it to the left keeping it pressured, then throw it
