Motor Without Earrings Published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone! I am trying to find out because the Seat Ibiza Stella 1.4, has no strength in the slopes. They tell me that the problem can be because the carburetor is dirty, which I doubt.

Man, if he has no strength and there is no obvious mechanical breakdown you have to think that combustion fails, either due to lack of air in the mixture and lack of fuel. You have to try and discard things, start with the air filter and continue back, fiber of dirty or plug folding that restricts the passage of gasoline when you ask for the most, in slopes or overtaking. If these two things are fine, you should think of dirt on the carburetor, stuck chiclés and/or dirty bucket, it is a matter of cleaning in general and, incidentally, a review of the spark plugs. It is very likely that if you do everything indicated you will have already solved the failure and if it was not yet fixed, because nothing writes again and we continue back.

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Motor without force in slopes
Hello rider
you need some data, for example that smoke gives you when you reach the slope, if you have a smell of rubber burned, if your box is automatic or mechanical. In any case, check the clutch's graduation if it is mechanical and/or wear on the disc. LUCK

Servilimit is missing data since it is likely that you can have problems from clutch to apply, the first one takes out a spark plug and watch the color and status to rule out oil and things like that, it measures compression to rule out motor failure and be able to find out where it goes, it can be deregulated valves and be just that or a bad setting.
