We have a 2007 Ford Ka with Zetec Ro Cam engine of 8 valves, 1.6 liters, 105,000kms, I think this model with that engine, the same of the Power party, only came to Venezuela, I am not sure. The problem is that a week ago I was driving in full storm, very strong, and the engine began to fail as if the distribution had been wet, they already know, typical failure as a spark plug did not work. Upon arriving at my destination I realized that it was not that, but that the engine was super-recalled, to the point that the water tank cover broke, the entire engine was stained from the refrigerant red. The board of reheating of the board never turned on. Check and I was driving the refrigerant by the temperature valve. The curious thing about the matter is that the car seems possessed now, because being in idle, and accelerated giving a fast footwear to the accelerator (as a boy accelerates in a semaphor to chop with another car) the engine fails equal to the typical failure of a spark plug out of operation, and the needle that marks the minutes of the time of the time, if the clock of the time that is on the board, begins to advance the fault of the engine..!!! It is not a joke, this is totally true ... once I stop accelerating, the engine returns to Relay and the clock works normally. The fault is also presented when driving, intermittently, I see that the clock needle a few minutes while the fault is presented ... Once the engine stops failing, the clock stops anticipating. They tell me that with the overheating maybe a clock cable is short and produces the engine failure, but I don't know if this is possible. They also tell me that possibly a spark plug has departed and does not work well, but I could not take out the spark plugs because I have no idea how to get the cables, since they seem fixed to some tubes that cover the spark plug and I do not want to pull them, I do not go to be that it damages them. I know that this clock has a red bombing that indicates something about an engine sensor that deactivates it if the electronic key is not placed in the suichera, I do not know if this has to do with that engine sensor and that is why it fails, but friends, I do not know what to do to the ka to correct the problem.
