Did you check the cylinder compression?
Did you check for spark at the spark plugs and if the signal is reaching the injectors?
If you did all of this, changed the spark plugs, and tested the coils, it could be a valve problem due to a problem with the head gasket.

Hi Haros? Did you do any work on the cylinder head? (Did you resurface the valve seats?) I agree with joni07, the first thing to check is the engine's mechanical components. If the compression is good (around 125-140 psi or more), then check the ignition system. (When the coil and ignition module fail, they disable all the cylinders.) If that's okay, check the injector circuits. Check for a signal at the injectors with an injector test light. If there is a signal, check the injectors. But it's unusual for two to fail at the same time. Of course, I should clarify that it's a Chevrolet vehicle. It's best to use the diagnostic strategy and follow the steps; you can find it in the service manual.

Thanks, I already checked the spark and the injectors, the only thing left is the cylinder compression. I changed the coils and it's still the same.

As my colleagues have mentioned, you should check the cylinder compression. If it's very low or nonexistent, you have two possibilities: piston rings or valves. To determine which of these is the issue, perform a simple test: put a little oil in the combustion chamber and measure the compression again. If it increases considerably, it's a problem with the piston rings. If it remains the same, then it's a problem with the valves—either they're loose, bent, or improperly seated. In any case, it's always best to try adjusting them first. Good luck.
