Common Rail injector posted by Manual-Mecanica
A question in general:
disassemble a Common Rail injector (Terracan) What the mechanical part of the tip is divided into several parts but when the injector does not work, the injector does not know if these types of injectors after re -assembling are always necessary to calibrate them with a tester since I am not working later now I have to take it to a test bench to see that it happens now. But seeing the interior the mechanical pieces are not complicated if one does not lose order.
I would like to know if there is a procedure without having the need to try them in the test bench ???

Surely weapons were very bad, to be sure if it is working very clearly that you have to try, these injectors suffer from return problems but they also stick the needle of the tip by dirty fuel, carefully you can do these repairs, what happens is that it has many small pieces or some are lost from how small they are and also see how to disarm it so that you do not put something otherwise.
