Temperature at Galloper Interculer published by Manual-Mecanica

I have a Galloper Diesel Year 99 that after changing the cylinder head packing for being filtering, begins to raise the temperature slowly when demanding in a slope and also loss of strength, but in plan or in shorter demands or a kilometer in climb, there is no temperature variation, what could be passing?
