Problems with the preheating published by Manual-Mecanica

Good colleagues, I have no current in the incandescence spark plugs (preheater), I can't find the fuse (S-39), nor the automatic control unit (J-179), you could lend a hand and tell me if I am well aimed. The Relex is (J-52) and this OK, thanks Compis

Forgive but I did not put data from the car, I will be silly Seat Cordoba SX of 97 naturally TDI 90CV. I download the workshop manual and the scheme is on the page. 447 of the agenda, but I do not see it clear, especially the control unit for the automatic time of incapandentnce, thanks

I am already dizzy of looking, I find my head like the old ones ,, put a button on the dashboard connected to the battery and the heater ,, hahaha
