Peugeot 206 urgent

Hello everyone, I'm writing because I have a problem with my Peugeot and I need help.

Sometimes it malfunctions, displaying a horizontal line on the speedometer. Even after shifting gears, nothing appears on the display. Also, even when I fully depress the accelerator, it doesn't accelerate normally, as if the transmission is stuck. In fact, it won't let me go uphill. To fix it, I have to turn it off and on again with the gear selector in neutral, and then it starts without any issues. Usually, the first time I start it each day, it doesn't have this problem, but then, after I park, it happens at least once.
