I press the remote key fob, but the car won't unlock because it's lost the connection. I have to reconnect it for it to work again, but I don't have the manual and I don't know how to do it

If it's a remote that came with the alarm, you need to find the alarm's service button. Turn the car key to ACC (accessory) mode. When the dashboard lights come on, press and hold the service button and the button on your new remote until you hear a beep, then release both buttons. That's it, it's programmed. If it's a remote from the car's original system, you'll need to take it to a service center to have it programmed into the car's EMC (computer).
