Luv Dmax 2008, throwing speed 5th.

Check if it really has low mileage. The most I can think of is that the 5th gear synchronizer is stuck to the pinion, allowing the gear to jump out. If so, you should change the oil. Remember that LUVs use engine oil in the gearbox, otherwise they'll seize up. Also, repeat the operation of shifting into and out of 5th gear while stopped, but making sure it's under effort a few times. That's all I can think of
