Mustang 80 board light

Hello everyone, they could help me with the next fault with a Mustang V8 Mod 80, I have a problem when locking the dashboard lights because when I turn on them on the light of the left directional and turn the knob to regulate the intensity of the light on the board it goes out and to turn it on I have to put it to the highest level.

That is typical of bad potentiometer, but telecomands usually fail in the dimer you would have to disassemble and see where the failure is but it is from the telecoming this clarines if everything is integrated.
