Renault Laguna II (2004) bearings published by Manual-Mecanica

I am looking for information about the rear bearings of Laguna II to know if it is difficult to change them or should take it to the workshop. From 70 I start having a buzz that thought it could be of the wheels, but after having changed them, the buzz continues.
