Ford Escape 2001, runs out of power

I have a Ford Escape 2001 Motor 2.0 Lts 16 Valv. It starts perfect, once the engine is at work t ° I take it to the route, and at 5th speed at 4500 rpm it does not exceed 120 km/h, the diagnosis throws an error that contains the following legend: "Limitad. Rotation", once it begins to emit the failure, when it is left in Icti the engine is in 3 cylinders. Question, can it be due to a fuel flow/flow problem? Observation, when stopping the engine and starting the engine again it works perfectly until it reaches 4500 rpm in 5th vel. (5 -speed manual gearbox + setback)

The problem can be the fuel pump or bad valve
