Suzuki Aereo is heated and I think it is not the thermostat because it does not have it is either the water pump, what if I see is that one of the radiator's sleeves is heated, but the other that is in the bottom not. Thank you for any help

If one hose is heated but the other does not ... that is a symptom that the thermostat stayed, although you say it no longer has it but that symptom is thermostat

The radiator can be obstructed and that the water does not circulate this also occurs that way, although after a moment both are heated, the normal is the upper higher than that below, if you can touch the radiator, it should be hot complete if a sector is cold then it is obstruction belt in it.
