Noise in the 2002 automatic megane engine published by Manual-Mecanica

Good night my automatic megane has a noise when lighting it in the mornings and then it is removed, on the other hand when driving it is heard a mild wake, what is this due to?
I need your help please

First you have to identify that part of the engine comes the noise (it can be on the side of the pulleys or the engine itself)
and with respect to the noise it makes when driving it is likely that some piece of the suspension already presents wear
