If the pumps are well, check the arrival of pressure to the traction engines or take out the small hose of an engine and look at the oil that falls through it and so with the other thinks that it cannot fall much put a bucket or bottle and with a watch look how much cahe (1 minute)

Hello good night I do not know that specific machine but you do have the hydraulic scheme you should measure pressures to find the breakdown. Also check the electrovalves that command those chain engines.
