Renault Megane Classic automatic box turbine

It is as follows, when you place the vehicle running from 1st to 2nd the change is abrupt is not soft and it feels that the turbine vibrates just from 2nd to 3rd makes the same. Which leads me to think if I change the turnina could improve this fault or should also change the steering wheel that connects the turbine engine also together with the turbine.
