Pucha If you put it that ways can be many things, look first if when the clutch moves enough the orquit that moves to the bearing, you can try lever with a devil or disassembly and see if the marches enter if the marks are needed. The box, if it doesn't work by doing lever you will have to take the box and see.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Subaru Legacy 91
Hello friend, I hope to help you ...
see if you mention that you lowered the transmission box due to clutch problems ... Being as you comment disk problems and what entails checking the entire system in general (fork, collarin, oppressor dish or press such as flames, clutch disc, propeller axis bearing and the engine flyer) all these inside the box.
And your problem passes through the following when changing oppressor or press dish as you call it and when changing lining the album changes the heights in relation to the nail travel of the oppressive dish to unruck the album of the steering wheel. What you had to do is try what height was the nails of the oppressor dish since yours is very little height or route and fails to take off the steering wheel disk. Disassemble the box and disassemble everything to the steering wheel and you have the following. Out of the car weap the steering wheel the disc and the oppressor plate, adjust the bolts that hold the plate with the steering wheel ... Look at what height the nails of the oppressor plate are carried with the bolts adjusted with the torque due ... yours must be involved towards the steering wheel ... I mean very low tall. oppressor and the steering wheel in each hole of each bolt ... riding everything as you know ... and the box above reviews the hydraulic or mechanical system of the clutch system drive for possible liquid leaks or broken cables ... I hope I have given the solution and thus help you with humility and with eager to help with the only interest that this community cresca more. Greetings ... Jorge.
