Seat altea transmission problems

Good day, I have a 2005 Seat Altea with a 2.0 FSI engine and a Tiptronic transmission. It has a transmission problem: when the vehicle warms up (about 30 minutes), it starts to jerk occasionally when shifting gears. Similarly, when braking, there's a jolt when downshifting from 5th to 4th.
I've been looking at transmission swap options and found one from a 2010 Seat Leon, but the Leon has a 1.8 TSI engine and a manual transmission. Can I install the Leon's transmission in my Altea without any problems?
