Seat altea transmission problems

Good morning I have a 2005 2.0FSI engine with TRYPTONIC Transmission, it has a problem in the transmission, when the vehicle is heated (30 minutes approx) begins to pull occasionally to the change of speed, also when it stops it feels a blow when it comes down from 5th to 4th.
I was seeing transmission change options and found one of a SEAT Leon 2010, but the Leon has a 1.8tsi engine and transmission standard, can I put the transmission of the Leon to my altea without problems?
