I slow down in cold start by manual-mecanica

Hello friends, I have a Citroen Xsara 1.9D of 2000, when I start it in cold it turns on well but the slowdown is very low and in a 15 second thing it stabilizes correctly, if I leave it on the street it is worse.
This happens for a long time, thanks in advance.
