Problems with a water tube in a peugeot 307

I need to please someone to throw a cable and tell me how the screw that holds the rigid water tube of a 307 2.0 hdi of the year 2007 that goes from the thermostat box towards the distribution is removed and that the turbo annoys to remove that screw someone someone has disassembled that tube that gives me guidelines to follow if I have to remove turbo or not please carry the car three days
