Review to Ford Escort Xri

I have a Ford Escort xri which I usually make the reviews myself but today something has failed me ...

-To Sunday 11/12/11 I was still garage where I usually make the reviews the case is that since the carter's screw was very spoiled I decided to leave the car without a screw on the woods where I always put it to do the reviews.
As I did not want to make the oil you have to buy the screw I continued changing the oil filter and the air until there everything.

-Lunes 12/12/11 I go Ford to buy the Carter toirnillo.

-Martes 12/13/11 I decide to put the carter screw, it makes oil, it starts everything well and on the journey of the garage to my house about 10 or 15km I notice that it gives me pulls and it does like PUF PUF PUF PUF.

Help that you think is what is wrong if sometimes everything goes well ...

Nobody knows where I can start investigating the arrangement ...
from what I have read it can be spark plugs or wiring, but the spark plugs only have the wiring the wiring does not know how long they have not changed without changing it ...
