Honda Accord 05

Good companions, I have a Honda Accord of the year 2005 2.2 Diesel that blinks the light of resistance and ignores a breakdown.
When checking the codes, the P1302 comes out, which is related to the diesel heater reliever that goes on the diesel filt.
The problem is that I have reviewed if it came to the diesel heater and it is reached by what I think that the reverse works well,
someone has encountered this problem? Does anyone know where that relay is?

You checked the incandescent (heatent) spark plugs because if it comes current it has to be what follows.
