Carefully check the accelerator position sensor (TPS), wiring connector and wiring for pauses, etc. Repair or replacement as necessary
• Check the tension in the TPS (they refer to a vehicle service manual for specific information). If the voltage is too low, it is indicative of a problem. Replace if necessary.
• If you have recently replaced TPS, it may be necessary to adjust. In some vehicles, the installation instructions called for the TPS to be correctly aligned or adjust, consult a repair manual for more details.
• If there is no symptoms at all, the problem can be intermittent and the cleaning of the code can solve the problem temporarily. If this is the case, then you must definitely check the wiring to make sure that nothing, earth, etc. the code can return.
