MK III Golf Problem recently !!! Posted by manual-mecanica
That such friends, I just had a golf 1.8 tbi mod 94, because I was a lot Trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ... as if it were disel, a very strong sound much more than a dyiel, I would appreciate a rain of ideas to check, by the way the oil reaches the camshaft very well to the camshaft and the divers so that I do not believe that it is a problem due to lack of oil, I get more focused on the diversion tomorrow I discharge them and put them so that they carry themselves to see what gestures do.

Uhm for the year should bring adjustable pills such as the Fiat or Renault but if you bring tachies or divers as you say you should try with taquies reactivator

That it is that of cousin reactivator, in Mexico to the lift valves, we call them divers, they are the ones that are under the camshaft (for this engine) and if, as it is fuel injection, it already brings hydraulic (authegulable) buses, not those of currency like the other carburetor engines. ;)

Friend, if you bring divers you must always download because if you do not make the noise you describe as a diesel engine. The way of downloading is with a bank press, they must be horizontal and oppress it, release it and check if it is already easily oppressed, if not it repeats the same procedure until it is easily when you oppress them friend, you will take a while because you must repeat it several times. One question, the order in which you placed them again was in the order in which they were mounted? Or did you not take that into account?

If it is what I will do tomorrow with the press, and yes, I mount exactly in the same orders, never and downloaded the divers, and they have never given me a problem, there is always a first time, to see what happens tomorrow. I will be informing. Thanks for the data.
