Chevrolet Corsa C with P0130 Code published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello friends, I have a problem with a Corsa C 2003 lights the light of Check Engine and gives P0130 code that refers to the oxygen sensor, the fault that the vehicle has is that it consumes more gasoline and hot loses power and tends to get caught, I have checked coil, spark plug cables, spark plugs, air admission, gasoline pump and oxygen sensor but the fault persists. What more could be.
For the aid thank you very much ..

It can be the Catalitical Combertor, which is obstructed in poor condition, also checks the crankshaft pulley since this vehicle tends to produce a wear in the housing of the key that delays or advances the point consume more gasoline the mixture is not good and throws the oxygen sensor as failure.

Seeing the data in the scanner came out poor mixing. I will check the pulley and the converter and comment on the results thanks.

Check the spark plugs if they are black and in the scanner it shows you poor mix, the sensor may be damaged. I had a problem with a 500 Chevy and what I have seen that most Chevis take into account the oxygen sensor signal and if it is damaged it will send you a lot of fuel. Look for this code and in a blog that it is fixed if the oxygen sensor signal is less than 0.4v for more than 20 sec. You have the relevant tests and have good luck.

Hey cousin, if the P130 code, it appears can be for what you already checked, but your oxygen sensor does not work !!!! You have a problem with the sensor circuit, what you can do is see the voltage difference, it must be between 0.1 - 0.9V, check Oxygen sensor on the YouTube, there you will see how it works, and how it is checked, but it will be better to replace it or give it a washing with an acceleration bodies cleaner.
