Fiat Uno. Type 1.6 motor

Someone has information about Fiat Uno carburation. Weber carburetor 32-34.
I have the next problem, it regulates well, the slowdown is well adjusted, when I hurry it from the idle, I get stuck. Too much fuel, in Alta is perfect, above 4000 rpm.
Between 2500 and 3500 I can't walk, it doesn't accelerate except I stepped on it thoroughly.
If anyone knows anything to get the adjustments and tricks well, from already grateful.
