Interior lights

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm new here.
I recently bought a used Seat Arosa, and last night I noticed that the dashboard lights (fan speed, heat, airflow to feet or face, etc.) aren't working, and I can't find any controls.

Does a 1999 Seat Arosa have lights there?
Which fuse is it?
Or what could be the problem?
