Interior lights

don't know if it is correct writing here but I am new.
Buy a second hand Seat Arosa recently and now that last night I have soon realized that the lights of the "dashboard" (the force of the fan, the heat or not, and the air at the feet or the face etc ..) do not turn on and do not see to select anything.

Has light is the Seat Arosa of 99 ???
What fuse is it ??
Or what can it be?
