BMXA transmission

Good day, I have a 2002 Honda Civic with a BMXA transmission. We replaced the clutch discs on the second and fourth gear drums along with the double drum, as this is the only double drum the transmission has. After the repair, the transmission had the same problem and the new drum burned out again along with the clutch discs.
Any ideas?

Good day, exactly 22 kilometers after the first repair, it started losing power until the gears wouldn't engage; it was slipping. When I opened it up again, the double drum was burned and the discs were fused together....help help help
