Salta fan and low temperature in

Hello, I have a captive gasoline chevrolet and shortly after starting the march (about 5 minutes approx) I have appreciated that the engine fan is activated for a good time I think that more time than normal and that the witness of the splash of the temperature of the temperature is suddenly lowered (as if the car was stopped), then it stops the fan and the needle returns to the usual level of temperature. It would be good that you check the thermoswitch that activates the fan, must be installed on the radiator. Find it and check it with a multimero to check continuity.
