A vacuum hose that isn't sealing properly or a problem with the IAC valve

IAC or AC valve? If it's AC, I think it's because the pipe is damaged and needs to be welded. Since it's a rebuilt car, when they brought it in, the impact was on the AC pipe side, and it broke.
The thing is, it's a real gas guzzler.

AC is not the same as IAC; IAC stands for Intake Air Control, which is responsible for the idle speed when the engine is under no load, such as in park, neutral, or during slow gear changes.
