TOLEDO TDI 90 CV SXE SXE 1997 problem

Dear users:

I have a Seat Toledo TDI 90 CV. SXE with the comfort system (Centralized Cortalized Cierra).
I have stopped working the electric windows; What I observe is that by pressing any of the switches if the relay box is activated at the bottom of the left rear seat and at the door that is trying to lower the moon a noise is heard for a few moments. I have reviewed the fuses and they are fine. What solution could you give me to this problem.

First disassemble the puerat and see if it reaches the current to the engines of the Alsas before anything.
