How to retrieve fault codes from a '01 Sentra. Posted by manual-mecanica

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I need a little help. Could someone tell me how to retrieve the fault codes from the Nissan Sentra dashboard? I know how to do it for Jeep Grand Cherokees, but not for the Sentra (2001 Sentra). If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful

For your model, only with an OBD II scanner; in OBD I systems of almost any brand, it was possible to self-diagnose the car.

Pineda is correct, OBD II ports only work with a scanner.
