Windshield cleaning by manual-mecanica

Hello friends .... I have a problem with my clean windshield of my car (Honda Civic 1995)
This one has 3 slow, normal positions .... In the first position (to clean slow) it does not work ... however in the other two positions it works well ... I have tried another lever and the problem follows thanks in advance in advance

The first position is the intermittent and if you fail the problem you have in the engine contact. Very difficult to repair you have to replace the piece

Thank you very much ... I will go to Junke to see if I find the engine ... Here in USA there are several junks in fact encounter ... just to be sure the engine is the one that is close to the windshield cleaning right ??? I think I know what it is ...
