Ford Escort ignition

Good I have a problem with the ignition of a Ford Escort 1987 1.9liters with monopunto injection (TBI).
The fault is that when the car turns on, you have to make several attempts to start either cold or hot, however sometimes it starts the first.
What can it be?

Good compi, I might start by checking the fuel supply, tank, hoses that do not leaps or that are not taned. The same if it's tbi you can scananar the ECU to see if you throw any code. But you have to start from the beginning. Sago telling us more details to see if you can help.
