Spirit 93 std. Semi -burado Legalized TBI

I have a Spirit 93 semicarburated standard, with TBI is legalized.
My problem is as follows: I send you to change the gasoline pump, the TBI and the computer, but now you spend a lot of gasoline.
Where the tbi and carburetor go uncovers (remove the capuchon that has as a housing and also the part where the filter goes, and I see for the carburetor that drips gasoline.

The semi carburado is with a central injector right? If so, take it out and change the rubbers if it seals well there is no drama if you continue to drip it in a test bench to see what happens if you are just changing it, when the stamps are bad, the car spends and spends a lot of the car.
