Renault Super 5 symptoms

: -The car loses a few drops of oil through the crankcase, little falls 4 or 5 drops a day, I suppose that it will be that the washer is loose ...
-A water falls through the exhaust tube, the same is because of combustion, normal in gasoline ..
-This is what worries me the most, the exhaust tube began to make some strange noises at 10 minutes of starting it, as it also fell Fan but the oil needle remained in half ... Will it be the Board?
