Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Esmerilar Renault Megane 1.9 DTI 2001
Epale little brother, well I help you if it still does not solve, my specialty and my workshop is dedicated to pure mechanics Renault, that camera does not need more to clean it is normally cleaned with sandpaper or a wire brush for drilling for leaving the distribution strap is not necessary Reheating, now only clean the camera eliminates the excess of carbon emerila or itar the valves and you change the rubber celles or cells to mount the distribution kit if it is 16 valves you will need a tool that is a squad which keeps the camshaft in a compadre position I hope I have helped you help you

Everything is already fixed. In the end they take care of it, because the price they charge me is not very high (about 25 euros). Thus I take care of concerns, that I will lately go to classes. I have already taken a look this morning, and it looks good. I have also sent it to decarbonize, and they leave it new to me. Then you will only ask for distribution kit, and to mount. Greetings and thanks for the answers!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Esmerilar Renault Megane 1.9 DTI 2001
Well, the bodies of the 1.9dci (direct injection), when there are distribution problems, bends valves which must be replaced, but we must also observe the pistons that are marked with the valve head signal because these must also be changed when they are resentful.
You only have to plan the cylinder head, in case of replacing the valve guides, because these are replaced by applying heat, the cylinder head is dilated, the guides are extracted, the new ones are previously put in cold, and once put the cylinder head is allowed to cool for itself. How heat has been applied, the right thing is to plan the cylinder head to correct the deformations by temperature, by the way this type of engines carries multilamine joint and the cylinder head plans has to be like a mirror.
If we have planned the cylinder head, which we take away from the butt must be reduced by the valve seat, so that the valves keep their height with respect to the cylinder head, if we touch the seats then change the taquets adjustment, which must be corrected by means of adjustment pills or replace the taque if it does not carry pills or discs. And finally and very important, if the direct injection buttons are planned, check the outgoing of the injector with respect to the cylinder head because when planning it stands out more being the spray of the inadequate fuel and therefore you have to put a thicker injector joint to hide it and thus achieve a correct explosion of the fuel. Greetings.
