Failure headlights

Hello forum people, it is the 1st time that it is for an electrical problem with the front headlights. I have a Diesel 95 path, and the problem is that at times they blink in low light, but with high light ok work. I checked battery terminals, board file, connectors on the headlights (I changed them all), new relay ... just disassemble the wiring hose and I don't want to do it unless necessary.
