Someone can tell me please, if the alternator's pulley is normal for olgure from front to back, or it carries a cluting system. I would appreciate them very much to give me information, a cordial greeting for everyone, thank you very much

My megane does not have it. In fact, I had a problem with that slack that the service belt when wearing, put a piece in the distribution making it jump a tooth, by the clearance on the pulley. Anyway Renault correct that problem and the best that pulley goes like this.

Alternators' pulleys have a kind of clutch (in the direction of the clock it drags the axis and on the contrary turns alone. If this bad is not a common failure.

There is no olgure in the alternators the pulleys are fixed, if you have a game, the bearing or inner bushings may be wrong, at least I have never seen an alternator with olgura I do not say that they do not exist but I do not think it is normal, since it discourages the belt and can mount.

These alteners bring fixed pulley or free pulley depending on the year of the car. If it is free pulley, it makes the function of a bicycle pinion, just lock for the right. With this system the vibrations of the accessory strap are avoided.
