Flange pedal too hard from Kia Picanto

Could someone please help me solve the problem of the clutch being too hard on my Kia Picanto? I would be very grateful.

You should explain how your problem started because I've seen it could be a worn cable, an improperly fitted release bearing, or the axle leg that holds the release bearing fork being in an incorrect position, which can prevent proper leverage and make the pedal stiff. Something must have happened before it started acting like this.
