2002 plain decline instability

Hi everyone, thank you so much for your support. I wanted to let you know that the car is no longer emitting smoke. I found water in the vacuum lines, and it's improved. However, the car is still rattling and making a noise like an old VW Beetle, which I want to get rid of. Also, when I drive the car, it smells like gasoline.
