First, thanks for your help everyone. : D

It's a great engine that was lying around at my grandpa's house. It was hard to get the car back, but now I just want to fix it. I thought this was the problem; I tried to find parts, but where I'm from, nobody knows them anymore. But talking to people who know, I realized this wasn't the issue. Now I'm still looking for the reason it won't start properly yet, but I'll let you know when I find the parts. : D
