Generally, when these types of coils have 4 lines, they have the igniter (power transistor) built in and carry the ignition voltage, ground, and two IGT signals for firing the coils.

: Laugh: Thanks to everyone for your input; it's been a great learning experience. Problem solved: the flywheel where the sensor is located was cleaned, and the sensor itself was replaced along with the coil (which was mandatory). The engine is now running perfectly. Thank you all so much for your help.
