Grand Caravan on 2001 ignition failure

Good evening, I have a problem with my truck. This issue doesn't always occur, but when I turn the key, the dashboard lights up, but the engine doesn't start; it doesn't even make a sound. I have to jump-start it with the ignition relay. Sometimes it starts fine for weeks, but other times it goes days without starting with the key. It's already been checked at the dealership, and they can't find the problem. I would appreciate any help you can give me

Did you check the ignition switch? It has a kind of ignition module on the back that might be causing problems. If the relay is working, then the system is fine

We have checked the module behind the ignition, and I think that would be the last thing we haven't done—replacing the ignition switch. As I understand it, it sends the signal to the relay box, and from there the relays send the signal to the starter. The strangest thing is, as I said, this fault doesn't always occur. Even so, I'm still investigating what could be happening.

Did you already check the starter motor and perform maintenance to rule it out?

In this truck the earth signal for the gear relay leaves the computer of pin 31 of the Hizquierdo connector by running with key to Everas having an earth signal without that signal will never start your truck
